Seriously.

You know I remember talking to a friend back in the 80's trying to explain why I had decided to stop "actively trading". He couldn't understand it.

All I could tell him was that I realized what an overwhelming obsession it was becoming. First I has to have the show, then I had to have it on the best quality tape available, then it had to be the lowest generation copy, then there was the whole audience/soundboard debate. THEN after all of that someone would show up with a better copy of the show and it would start all over again! Then I had to build huge racks to hold all of the Napa Valley cases to hold all of the tapes. Then DAT came out! AHHHHHHHHHHH! (picture daffy duck in a freak out)

To this day, if the effort required exceeds to enjoyment received, the equation tips over and I move on to something else for a while.
